By fostering a supportive community, Ridot Software Academy aims to break down the barriers that women often face in the tech industry. GOALS
On a personal level, the development of Ridot Software Academy has been profoundly rewarding. It has allowed me to contribute positively by advocating for greater inclusivity in the tech field. CHALLENGES
Developing Ridot Software Academy presented a unique challenge: the absence of a predefined design template. This required crafting a user-friendly, engaging, and inclusive design from scratch, which had to resonate with a diverse audience and ensure ease of use for tech newcomers. Balancing aesthetic appeal with functional design, all while creating an environment that promotes learning and interaction, was paramount.
